On
Sunday 1 July 2012, Registration Numbers Club members and friends met up at
Burrs Country Park in Bury, Lancashire for their annual
rally. The club, which celebrated 35 years since its inception,
managed to attract over 50 vehicles
to make the trip to this north of England venue despite the unseasonable
weather.
On
the previous evening, several members and partners enjoyed a convivial
get-together at the Red Lion in the picturesque village of Hawkshaw, just
10 minutes from the rally site

Many
thanks to everyone who supported the 2012 dinner and rally which helped to
make the weekend such a success despite the July weather! Thankfully the
sun shone on our prize giving during the late afternoon allowing members
to enjoy the pleasant surroundings.
Thanks
also to everyone who kindly helped out both before, during and after the event.
Various organisations and individual members had donated prizes and our prize draw
ticket sellers managed to relieve members of their cash to help
with the not inconsiderable expense of running the club and the annual
rally.
